Cancellation Policy

Confirmed reservations cancelled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $70 processing fee.

Confirmed reservations cancelled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge; unless the vacation rental can be re-rented.

San Francisco Hotel Tax

All rates are subject to a City Hotel Tax of 14%.  The tax is NOT applied to reservations over 30 days.

Smoking Policy

All vacation rentals are non-smoking

Cleaning Fees, Additional Charges

There are NO additional charges associated with reservations that are 14 or less days. The cleaning fee has been applied to your nightly rate. Guests staying more than 14 days are subject to a $50 per week cleaning fee.

Damage Policy

All damage or loss of value of any and all amenities, furnishings, or physical structure, will be the full responsibility of the credit card bearer.  We reserve the right to reimburse any costs associated with repairs, replacements, or loss.
